Community Host

In this role, you will be the Brand Ambassador for our 8M Collective properties, creating an exceptional guest experience from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they leave. This includes front desk management, reservation and service co-ordination, logistics management for breakfast service and/or events held at the hotel. A vibrant, welcoming personality and a willingness to go above and beyond for guests is key.

Education: Candidate must possess at least a Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent 
Experience: 1 year of experience in Hospitality / Tourism Industry 


Housekeeping Attendant

In this role, you will ensure our guests enjoy a seamless experience by maintaining the cleanliness of our properties and facilities, and ensuring guests have everything they need throughout their stay. This includes room and shared space cleaning, replenishment of supplies and reporting any maintenance deficiencies. A keen eye for detail and a warm willingness of character is key.

HEAD OFFICE

Sales Manager 

In this role, you will lead direct sales strategies for the company’s portfolio of accommodation properties across Singapore. Your key responsibility will be the delivery of the overall targeted financials by driving sales across all channels, with a focus on corporate sales. 

Education: Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Business/ Hospitality or equivalent.
Experience: 3 – 5 years of hospitality sector sales experience


Operations Executive 

In this role, you will assist the Operations Manager to manage the tactical delivery for all accommodation assets under 8M Collective and be the on-site point of contact for the key stakeholders &/or tenants. The responsibilities will include maintenance and operations, contract services, raising procurement requests of materials, equipment & supplies and assisting with overseeing housekeeping operations ensuring service and operation excellence. 

Education: Candidate should possess at least a diploma in Facilities Management/ Hospitality 
Experience: 2 years of relevant working experience in residential / commercial / hospitality operations
